The high-pressure steel wire spiral hydraulic hose mainly consists of an inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, multiple alternating spiral steel wire reinforcement layers, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer is made of wear-resistant, oil-resistant, and corrosion-resistant synthetic rubber material, which ensures the purity of the oil during transmission. The steel wire spiral reinforcement layer is the key to the hose's high-pressure resistance; multi-layer steel wire spiraling significantly enhances the hose's pressure-bearing capacity and burst resistance. The outer rubber layer protects the internal structure and resists external environmental erosion.
