Spoiler rubber dam, also known as disturbed flow rubber dam, adds the spoiler seismic structure at the base of common rubber dam. It is made of rubber cloth vulcanized by EPDM and synthetic fabrics.

When water overtops the dam, the spoilers release air beneath it, reducing downstream negative pressure. This effectively dampens vibrations of the rubber dam's bladder, stabilizing the dam bag and extending the structure's service life. Typically composed of 90% EPDM rubber, the spoilers offer weather, ozone, and UV resistance, retaining superior performance even in extreme temperatures.Additionally, high-strength polyester fabric serves as the framework, granting the dam belt high tensile strength and strong shape recovery. This ensures minimal deformation over long-term use. It also incorporates an independent air evacuation system: when the rubber dam is fully deflated, the system expels air to the exhaust port, eliminating any residual air. This guarantees the dam collapses completely flat, lying horizontally without obstructing water flow.

Rubber dam can be inflated by air or water. It can effectively prevent rubber dam oscillating or squirming, thereby reduce the friction with downstream rubber protective layer result from rubber dam vibration. It is usually used to retain water, control flood, agricultural irrigation, power generation, beautify environment, etc.
