Installation Instructions

New Outer Tube Seal (Dust Seal) 1. Knuckle need not be removed. 2. Clean debris and rust from tube end surface. 3. Press seal into yoke, flush against the tube end. 4. Installed position - seal flange OD pressed into yoke lD.

New Inner Knuckle Seal (Axle Shaft Seal) 1. Remove old seal and discard. 2. Center our new knuckle seal into the shaft. the rubber side towards the wheel and the metal side to face out towards the truck. 3. Use some sort of vise and hammer or hold down mechanism knock it down the seat it all the way into place.

New wheel hub O-ring 1. Remove old O-ring on the wheel hub assembly with a pick tool. 2. Replace new O-ring to fix the vacuum leak.
