As a supporting part of the bridge span structure, it can transfer the load on the bridge span structure to the piers and abutments through bearings, ensuring the stability and safety of the bridge. And rubber bearings have good elasticity and shear deformation ability, which can adapt to the rotation of the beam end and meet the horizontal displacement of the upper structure, thereby alleviating the impact and vibration of the bridge under external forces such as vehicles and wind.
